Building Foundations is a unique programme dedicated to helping East Kent managers and aspiring managers to obtain key learning foundations in business qualifications up to NVQ Level 3.

The programme provides managers with:

	A recognised NVQ3 qualification from IT to a range of management skills.
	One to one support from accredited NVQ assessors
	Regular networking opportunities with peer groups
	Free breakfast and /or luncheon forum on key business topics
	Access to Business Consultants (experienced in making businesses grow) to ensure that all learning applies to day to day work.

In addition to the above, at the end of the programme, we aim to take a select group of programme participants to a European country to gain some key insights into doing business within a different culture. The programme will conclude with all participants being invited to attend one of the South East premier Technology Awards Dinner hosted by Technology Enterprise Kent.
